Bunyan Baptist Church, Stevenage Small Groups at BunyanWhere everyone is someoneSmall Groups are places where we mutually support and encourage one another to do what God has called us to do. People are encouraged to join a small group as soon as possible as this is an ideal way to get to know God better and making friends in the church. A variety of small groups are now available at Bunyan. If you would you like to join any of the groups or simply want more information, please contact contact Steve Jackman, our Small Groups Co-ordinator. Other GroupsEvening GroupsEveryone is encouraged to join one of our evening groups, which meet weekly (either on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday). Each group varies in size and style, but the idea is to get to know each other better, to grow in our knowledge of God and be better equipped to serve Him. The LoungeThe LOUNGE is the small group for young people. It meets Wednesday nights, 6.30-8.30pm. Its base from September will be Stanmore Hall. This group is designed to be fun and a place to hang out with friends old and new. Lunch ClubThis is a friendly, caring group for men and women of retirement age who enjoy fellowship together. They meets fortnightly on Tuesdays in Springfield House, a local Community Centre. There, they join with other senior citizens to enjoy a delicious hot dinner. After the meal they listen to a Christian speaker and pray for one another.
